A $100 deposit is required to make a reservation which will be applied to your total training fee.
If a training reservation is rescheduled, the $100 deposit will be applied to the later date. If training is cancelled the $100 deposit is non-refundable.
A full refund minus a $100 deposit will be issued if requested before training begins. There will be no refunds once training begins unless we determine there is some reason the dog can not be trained. Although it rarely occurs, if we feel we can't properly train your dog, we will notify you within the first few days. If for any reason training is stopped, we will prorate the refund.
